I have itunes 9.0 and the apps wont sync onto my ipod touch. Can anyone help?

Help has arrived. To get the 3.0 software for your 1st generation iPod Touch, you must go onto iTunes, search for that software, and pay $9.99 for it and download it. From there, you can choose to just download it or download and install it (download and install is easier). After it is done downloading, backing up, and installing the software, it is upgraded to the newest 3.0 software for the iPod Touch.
