The fact that he kissed someone and simply dismisses you to forgive him,simply shows that he has betrayed the trust in your marriage.
In this case you need to sit him down and tell him that you have forgiven him(if you have chosen to,so he will not make it a habit and walk all over you). Let this be the last time he does that,and make sure he knows that you are willing to change.
Then you need to ask him what exactly he means by you becoming boring. List down the many different descriptions he gives you,then one by one,tell him how you love him and are willing to work with him to improve on them.
On the other hand,if he feels that you are getting boring, he may have a point but that doesn't mean that there is nothing that can be done about it! You can rekindle the romance you had when you first met,dress sexier for him,cook him a meal now and again and enjoy it in candle-light.Have a slow dance with him to your favorite music or the music that you first loved when you were young.
Reignite your sex-life,as this sometimes continually bothers men to the extent that they go to seek it elsewhere.Maybe you may need to change sexual positions, or try a strip tease,things like that.
