25-75 USD
how much is a ww2 t handle shovel worth ? it has the word brown and 1940 stamped on it
Probably an assembly number.
Several hundred dollars to possibly in the thousands, depending on about a zillion factors. For example, length, condition, provenance, etc.
Once you have the forearm removed you need a special spanner wrench to remove the tube/nut below the barrel. The bolt handle pin is then drifted out of the bolt and then the bolt handle can be removed from the bolt body. The barrel will now come out the front end of the receiver.
If the action will handle the caliber and if someone makes one and if the barrel profile is the same, yes.
The shell length that the chamber can handle should be stamped on the barrell.
Finish? Barrel length? Grip material? Range 100-500.
Pull the bolt handle straight out. Remove the two screws holding the receiver cover and lift cover off. Mind the ejector which is loose stamped steel, held in by the cover. Remove screw holding the barrel to the stock and remove the barrel. Remove bolt to the front and clean. Reassemble in reverse order. Take care to replace the ejector.
