I got sick for about a week an threw up 2 mornings in a row and bleed brown blood for about 2 days. Now i feel fine and i missed my period but the test i took said negative whats going on am i preg?

There isn't a 100% way to tell. Wait and see if you miss your next period, if so take another home test. Or, if you do not wish to wait till your next period. Go talk to your doctor and ask for him to preform a blood pregnancy test.
