I got a tattoo a month ago but found that part of it had fallen off my skin iv had 2 other tattoo's from the same place and have had no problem with them is this normal?

Your first 2 were done by more experienced artists. It sounds like your most recent was by a newbie that didn't go deep enough. Your touchups should be free for a year from the same artist. If you were tattooed on your feet or hands, then they aren't gauranteed due to the skin in those areas exfoliates much differently than anywhere else on your body. Its normal to have fall out in those areas. Lesson #1: ALWAYS check your artists portfolio!!
