You don't want revenge. That is unworthy of civilized people . What you want is justice. Go to small claims court , complain to the Better Business Bureau , give a negative recommendation to anyone who ASKS. If you just go around saying bad things, you may be guilty of a civil offense called " restraint of trade. If this shopkeeper is in the habit of cheating people, everyone will know soon enough , and s/he will lose their business altogether.
