I think you wont know until you conceive again, then immediately you know about pregnancy consult your gynaecologist so that if there is a need for some procedures to occur can be done in time.

The doctor will tell you when you have an exam and then you will go in for an outpatient surgery to open it.

As far as I know, if your cervix is open, a miscarriage is inevitable. I could be wrong, but that's the way it was explained to me. I've had one miscarriage in the past.

A closed cervix outside of pregnancy may be an idiopathic, treatable condition. Idiopathic means we don't know what causes it.

I'm not suer what you mean by this ? but i do know when having intercoarse that ur cervix is closed it protects the plasenta around ur child while the cervix is closed there is know way that a penis could enter but be advised if there is any pain or discomfort while having sex do not engage in it and advise ur doctor

I myself had a miscarriage after having two successful pregnancies. A few monthsafter my miscarriageI became pregnant again and had another healthy baby. It is different for everyone and I don't know the statistics but I wouldn't worry yet if you have only had one miscarriage. Talking to a good obstetrician would be helpful.

If you are Five months pregnant and miscarry, yes, you would know. At that point a miscarry would be vary vary painful and bloody with removal of the fetus being necessary. Or it's possible that your doctor will notice the fact that the fetus has failed to thrive and terminate the pregnancy before the miscarriage takes place either way you would defiantly know.
