Probably not. I think that dogs lose weight just the same as we do, so in that case Dogs do NOT lose weight easily. I myself find it quite hard to lose weight but I try. My Staffy, Buster is very bulky but is not fat,so he has no problem at all with his weight. He would not need to because he is healthy and fit, walked every day and fed well.

I would not advice this as a 12 year old girl would not be fully developed yet.
By doing regular gym and weight strength exercises, I can easily lose many kilos of my body weight.

If you mean when you first start its because you lose water weight. Also if youre very heavy you'll lose more weight then only a slight overweight person.

Why would you want to lose weight at that age!? If you think ou have to though, I would suggest walking or running at least once a day. Try to keep a balanced diet and eat healthy!

This is an advantage for teenagers as, you are able to easily lose weight and increase your metabolism. Do simple activities like playing badminton 2-3 times a week or cycling 3-4 times a week. This would help teenagers who are looking to lose weight fast. Also watch your diet, eat more vegetable, protein and fruits. Keep away from fried and junk food and you are good to go.
