You have to take the mag, and screwdriver (+). Unscrew all screws on the mag, then throw it in the toilet. Go to Evike or ASGI and get a Drum or Beta mag!

No. They both use a different diameter bullet and the case is different. The .357 Sig case is a bottle-necked version of the .40 S&W case. The .357 mag is a longer version of the .38 Special.
No need to remove the cylinder. If it needs maintenance to fix a problem, take it to a gunsmith
