Well, my parents bought mine when I started my periods, which is always a different age for every girl. There is no ''too soon'' to buy a promise ring. It can also be when a girl is starting puberty. Or whenever she/you feel ready to have one. I say go for it, that's a big step in life, I'm very proud of people who decided to have one.
