Your serial number indicates that your Winchester model 12 pump action shotgun was made in the year 1919.The value cannot be determined without a more detailed description of the shotguns overall condition to include the amount of original finish remaining on the wood and metal. The bore condition, and what type of barrel the shotgun has(plain, solid matte rib,or vent rib barrel).
The Steel King - 1919 was released on: USA: 24 November 1919
This design is called either a buffalo nickel or an Indian head nickel; both names are about equally common. Please see the question "What is the value of a 1919 US nickel?" for more information.

The steel strike of 1919 caused a grievous setback crippling the union movement for a decade.
No it's not.
I can tell you that by your serial number your Winchester model 1906 rifle was made in the year 1919. I can also say that this model was made from 1906-1935,with a total production figure of 731,852.I must say Bert that I am not aware of any nickel plated parts for the model 1906,but that does not mean that they were not made. They also could have been Nickel plated at any time after production also.

I'm very surprised you couldn't find your coin in the Red Book. 1919 is a common date for buffalo nickels. Perhaps you're looking specifically for a "P" mint mark. Remember that Philadelphia did not use a P on nickels until WW2 and then again starting in 1980. That means a 1919 Philadelphia nickel won't have a mint mark, nor will any other coin minted before 1980 except for those wartime nickels and 1979 dollars. Anyway, a 1919 buffalo nickel from Philly retails for a couple of bucks in average condition, up to maybe $14 in Almost Uncirculated condition.
