Webley and Scott made about a dozen .177 caliber pistols. I suggest you locate a "Blue book of airguns 10 edition." it is there you will find your answer in the Webley & Scott section. The model name is usually on the left side of the air chamber below the barrel.
The Jaguar by Webley & Scott was made between 1940 to late 1970 and again in 2008 to now. It came in .177 or .22 Caliber. Some parts were interchangeable with the Webley Junior and Diana .22 air rifles. Unfortunately you did not state state the current condition of the rifle so no estimate of value can be given. Price is determined by the current working condition. Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent (like New).
I'm going to need more information, like who made the rifle and the model number to Identify it. Just the serial is not much help.
It is: 3 times 59 = 177
