In many states, there does not seem to be a required age any more: Virginia appears to be one of the states without an age limit, although a couple of sources say you need to be at least fifteen. You may want to ask the clerk at the drug store where you plan to buy them: and most chain drug stores like CVS or Walgreens have an entire aisle in the store where condoms are for sale.
