Normal weight gain depends on your weight before pregnancy. If you are underweight you should gain 35 lbs, normal weight you should gain 25 lbs and if you are overweight you should gain 15 lbs. By 19 weeks you should have gained around 1/3 of the appropriate amount for you size.
It could be. With twins the doctor usually notices that your uterus is larger for your dates, and the woman tends to look a little larger then she would with a singleton. However, if you are a larger woman to begin with, you may carry bigger. Also, weight gain has a lot to do with it. If you have gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy, you could also look further along. The best way to tell if it is twins, is to have an ultrasound.

You can't know that in advance. You can weigh yourself now, and again after some days or weeks, to see whether you have gained or lost weight.

You should have an ultrasound done if you believe you may be pregnant with twins, at seven weeks the uterus is behind your pelvic bone, not yet visible except by trans-vaginal scan.
twins!
Depends on how long you can carry the twins and what kind of prenatal care you have recieved. Birth weight of twins can range from extremely low >2lbs each to 6 or more pounds. The average birth weight of twins at 35 weeks in the United States is about 5 pounds each and this is concidered healthy.
