It could be. With twins the doctor usually notices that your
uterus is larger for your dates, and the woman tends to look a
little larger then she would with a singleton. However, if you are
a larger woman to begin with, you may carry bigger. Also, weight
gain has a lot to do with it. If you have gained a lot of weight
during your pregnancy, you could also look further along. The best
way to tell if it is twins, is to have an ultrasound.
