Well keep in mind it varies for different people, but if you do this for 5 days, you should lose 2-3 pounds the first 2 days, and then about a pound a day after that. Although it's not meant for that short of a term, I have heard of people doing it for 3-5 days. But another thing to do if you want to lose weight fast is to drink a lot of water, and then drink just enough to cut your thirst in the days before your goal. You can get rid of water weight. Keep in mind though, the weight you lose on the lemonade diet, about half will come back, because it's mostly water weight.
