How much weight can you lose drinking nothing but 4liters of water a day and doing 2hours of cardio per day dont need to hear that its unhealthy and not safe I already know that just want answers.?

If you don't eat anything, your body with go into starvation mode and you will lose very little. You will most likely pass out when trying to do the cardio. Instead, just eat a very small portion of protein and cards at each meal. It will give your body the energy to do the cardio and you can burn the fat.
