That depends. Most importantly, are you a guy or a gal? Use a body mass index (bmi) calculator to find out if you are in the range of "normal". Between 18.5 and 24.9 bmi is considered normal here, but they aren't differentiating between gender. It seems that between ages 20 and 29 there is no difference.
