I am also 6'3" and have asked many people the same question. Stating by dr's that at 6'3" u should weigh lowest at 176 to highest 215. This depends on how active you are and based on if you are active with weightraining or if your just sitting around. One thing that you should do is go online or to a doctor and look up your BMI (Body Mass Index) that can show by how much of a % of body fat you have.
