I would say that a girlfriend and boyfriend should have at least 25-50% of things in common. The thing is is that if it is less, your not interested in her as a person, only her looks. If your interested more, than you're dating yourself in woman version. The key in a relationship is to share common ground - while maintaining your individuality.
That is the key, don't try and cross the line, and don't try to make it something that can't be. What I mean by this is don't try to force your preferences upon each other, but don't be afraid to ask. Simply offer to try something (different music, your favorite food) to your girlfriend, but don't try to push it on her. Both you and your girlfriend are two different people, so don't try to make each other one in the same.

does my girlfriend has a right to put a dollar vaule of how much i should spend on a ring for her
My girlfriend would not tell me to do that. If yours would, then perhaps you should ask her why. Or perhaps you should reconsider how much you really want her as a girlfriend.
Depends on how much she enjoys it, and how much of a mess you'd be willing to make.
ni its common sense to react
All depends on if she is into that kind of thing.
u should give ur girlfriend all the time she needs all the best with ur couple things =)
tell her
It depends on how much you care about her. If you care about her enough to want to keep her, then whatever the exact answer, it should be a lot.
if you really care about her that much then yes u should get to know them or at least be nice to them
get a girlfriend that will show him whos boss
