129 pounds. I know most things that I have read states that a woman five foot seven(which is my height) should weigh 140 to 145. OmG, I have never weighed that much and would feel terrible. I think our society is go conditioned to being heavy that we feel more is the new normal. Well, if it works for you that is fine. But when I get close to 130 it is way time to do something about it.
