Marijuana is extremely difficult to fatally overdose on in its natural form. One would almost have to intentionally want to kill oneself to do it, and it is almost ridiculous to conceive of accomplishing this without scientific help. For example, a trained chemist could probably take Marijuana and create an extract of THC from it. If enough THC was concentrated and purified, it could be dangerous to put it into the body. This, however, is not something an average person could do at home, and not something a person can do just by, say, just smoking Marijuana. In all likelihood, if someone tried to overdose on the drug, they would become extremely nauseous and probably lose consciousness before they got anywhere near a fatal dosage.
