New in the box they are worth between $700 - $1000 (Retail) I have 2 and wish I had more. Used depends on condition but probably $200-$500 range
Yes, I just saw a 1984 dodge special edition Winchester rifle. Don't know if it was given for the purchase of a truck but know that the dealership owners each received one.
Special Edition
Winchester did not make a commemorative "Michigan law enforcement" Model 94. What you have is a special edition gun that was made by Winchester, but embellished by someon else. This was a very common practice with the Model 94. Cheverolet and Dodge, and Coca Cola did the same thing in the early 1980s. Special edition Winchester Model 94s essentially have the same value as a "plain Jane" Modle 94 of the same manufacture era.

A brand new 1972 Dodge Charger Special Edition with standard equipment sold for $3,249.
The Dodge Marksman was a limited-production vehicle, with approximately 1,000 units manufactured between 1977 and 1978. It was designed as a compact pickup truck and was known for its unique styling and performance features. However, it is not as widely recognized as other models in Dodge's lineup, leading to its rarity today.
Special Edition = upgraded sound system, suspension, et. al. Depending upon the year the SE stands for standard edition example 2002 dodge grand caravan SE is the lowest version of the car.
