Value always depends upon condition. An H&R Model 649 as new with original box (100% condition) will currently sell at retail for around $250. Same model in fair condition (60%), lots of wear to finish and grips, but still works will retail around $75. This model came from the factory with a .22 rim-fire and a .22 magnum cylinder - both cylinders must be with the gun to get the above values. If only one cylinder present - deduct $25 to $35.
