Daisy 102 model 36 BB Rifle: There are several variation made over the years. starting in 1936 ending in 1954. If it has a plastic stock it was made in 54. Aluminum lever 1950, blue 1941-47, painted 1953, nickel 1936-40. (None mfg 1947-49)
As for value. I can't set a price without some sort of rating like Poor, Fair, Good , Very Good or Excellent. OR New in Box.
