Yes. All 12 oz powerletts are made the same. In fact Crosman owns both Benjamin and Sheridan air rifles. Also when you are finished shooting remove the powerlett from the pistol. Never leave one in the pistol, because it can warp the seal. It's not worth leaving it in the gun for a "70 cents" item to save money. The continuous pressure can damage your pistol.
All the Benjamin air pistols have wooden handle's. the first model was the 100 series (models 100, 122 & 177 made from 1935-41

The sheridan H series in good condition is roughly worth $100
The model 137 is part of the Benjamin 130 series of pistols. It's was made between 1946-85. Without knowing the condition of the pistol I can only give a range as a guess. $40-$70 assuming everything still works. I suggest you try Gunsamerica web page as a place to sell the pistol.
In order to give you an estimate of value. I need to know a few more details like, The model number. Sheridan made 5 different pellet guns and 7 different rifles. The 5 pellet models are E, EB, ED, HB and H20PB. Which one is yours? Is it still working? What condition is it in. Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent (Like new) without this information No estimate of value can be given. In 1977 Benjamin airgun purchased Sheridan, In 1992 Crosman purchased Benjamin. Crosman owns Sheridan today. Sheridan and Benjamin look similar. All the .177 and .22 Caliber rifles are marked Benjamin. All the .20 caliber rifles are marked Sheridan. Other than caliber the two models are identical. If you want the owners manual for your pistol a link can be found on the Crosman home page.
The pistol that you have described was a "promotional product" manufactured by Sheridan Products, Inc., which was located in Racine, Wisconsin at the time. Sheridan manufactured these pistols between 1953 and 1960. This was the only pistol produced by Sheridan and the pistol is referred to as a "Knockabout". I am sorry to tell you that there is very little interest in or demand for these pistols. According to the 29th Edition of the Blue Book of Gun Values, this pistol would be worth between $60 and $100, maybe. I hope that this information helps you, Signed: Joe Bodkin, Islamorada, Florida
