Well,whoever asked this question about machine gun's must not know that much about guns by just saying ''machine gun''.Anyways it depends on the type of machine gun.sub-machine guns aren't that accurate and there range isn't that good.Light-machine guns are much more accurate and have alot better range.Heavy-machine guns can shoot very fast and hard and they too are pretty accurate.When someone just says ''machine gun'' they mainly are just referring to a regular one-person operated gun that you hold and doesn't weigh very much and that is a sub-machinegun.All in all it Depends on the gun,catridge,and type of machine gun.
