In 1970 a six pack of beer cost less than a dollar. 79-99 cents depending on the brand ( Piels and Pabst were cheaper than Budweiser) In 1970-1973 A 12 ounce glass of Schaefer beer on tap cost 20 cents at my local bar in Hicksville, New York. In the late 60's it was 15 cents.
