Recently I availed of services of a big travel agent called Mercury Travels India Limited having its offices located in all major cities in India. I contacted their office in Kolkata for my trip to USA, I find that they have earned about 80% from me alone by inflating quotation on hotel bill and transport bill. Plus they earn 10% from the hotel. You can see that through fair and unfair means their earning may around 100%.
