Apple don't make an 18GB, maybe you mean a 8GB or a16GB. In that case, a 8GB holds about 2,000 songs and a 16GB holds about 3,500.
The 32 GB apple ipod touch holds 7000 songs and 40 hrs of videos and it a really good ipod
