No new legal full-autos have been manufactured for the civilian population since 1986. Fully automatic weapons and destructive devices (grenades, bazookas, etc.) have been taxed and regulated since 1934. The National Firearms Act of 1934 requires that before a private citizen may take possession of a fully-automatic firearm he must pay a $200 tax to the Internal Revenue Service and be approved by the Treasury Department to own the firearm, which is registered to the owner with the federal government. @ 150,000 fully automatic weapons are owned by private citizens. Since 1934, I can only remember reading of three LEGALLY OWNED AND REGISTERED fully atuomatic weapons being used in a crime. One of those was committed by a Police Officer. Now, if you buy into the gun control advocates definition of "assault" rifle as anything that "looks like" a fully automatic rifle and fires once each time you pull the trigger, the number is eaisly into the millions.
Yes.
Millions have been made.
18 for long guns like rifles and shotguns, 21 for handguns. The so called "assault rifles" are just really semi automatic rifles that look like military guns.To own an NFA firearm, such as a short barreled rifle or shotgun, or a true assault rifle with the selective fire functions, the minimum age is also 21.
Gun laws and regulations very from state to state. In many states, as long as one is properly licensed and certified, they can carry many handgun, shotguns and rifles but are not allowed to own assault type weapons.
if you have a Class 3 Federal Firearms License any rifle you want... if not then none. that goes for any state not just mass.
All centrefire semi-auto firearms are classed as Category D under Australian law, and only occupational shooters may possess them. Collectors may own only deactivated rifles. And the SKS is not an assault rifle.
Yes they are very good rifles,I own 3 of them.
no, they would use their own security forces (MPs) for any trouble requiring a bunch of guys with assault rifles. how ever if the military turns over control to you maybe but unlikely
Dungeon Assault is a multiplayer, perpetual strategy game in which you attempt to increase your renown by raiding other people's dungeons, and defending your own by setting traps and monsters in it.
As many as you'd like, so long as you can legally own a firearm. California attempted to enact an "arsenal license" in 1994, but it was struck down.
yes
