This is not, unlike say, the Three Wise Men, entered into in the Santa Claus mythology. according to a literal interpretation of the poem ( The Night before Christmas) Santa himself is of small stature ( Jolly old Elf) and has eight TINY reindeer- Rudolph not among them in the original story. the miniature aspect of Santa Claus is something that could explain his invisibility and how he gets down the Chimneys, but is not commonly worked into the popular concept of the mythos, maybe it is too far, out. or cheap llike the Borrowers or the Brownies ( Not GSA Brownies)l
If you mean elves as in Santa's elves then there are to many to find out the names of ALL of them.
no, elves do not turn into santa, otherwise there would be loads of santas..
There are no such things as elves! Santa's fake!
Elves on Shelves do not work for Santa because they are just something that gets children excited about Santa.
No you can't. Santa needs his elves to do make his toys.
Well not always. See, elves are native to the North Pole and when Santa first got there with Ms. Claus, they were met with hostility as you might imagine. Santa set up a humble little gingerbread house with Ms Claus and for two winters they lived alone. The elves took offense to their encroaching and launched a full frontal assault on Santa's gingerbread house. Together with Ms. Claus, Santa defeated many of the elves. The elves having suffered such casualties, surrendered to Santa and Santa being as nice as he was offered the elves the opportunity to work for him making toys for all the good girls and boys of the world.
Santa's elves have that job.
