You should eat heathy foods that are low in fat and calories. Fruits and Vegies are great and I would suggest staying away from white breads and pastas. You need to eat them so simply switch to whole grains and wheats :) you'll get used it. Also portion control is HUGE, use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate to help with that. Daily excercise is a biggy also, you need to do cardio and muscle toning 4-5 days a week at least.
