Do adults need less calories than kids?
Actually no, they need more. Kids should take in between
1,000-1,500 calories a day, depending on their age, weight and
height. Adults, on the other hand, should consume about 2,000 a
day, generally. It may, however, be more or less, again, depending
on the person. Ask your doctor if you want a personal check about
how many calories you need.
