it really depends on the size, the flavor and the kind of milk you are using. For a tall, non fat milk without whip mocha frap, you are looking at about 150. However add full cream milk and whip, you are looking at anything between 400-500.. Yikes! Best to stay away from those extras if you are watching you waist line!

There are about 350 calories in a basic caramel apple. My best guess for one of the Rocky Mountain regular size specialty caramel apples is between five and six hundred. I have not tried the large caramel apples with the big chunks of marshmallow or chocolate - I am guessing they are in the 800 calorie range. Definitely a meal replacement.
