I have been working out at the YMCA for about 2 Months and have been eating 2000 clean calories a day (clean being 4-1 protein no sugars other than fruit no dairy Breads or rice products ) and by burning approximately 350 cal on the tread mill and an hour of weights I have lost 20 LBS in 6 weeks
