∙ 9y agoCooking at 450 degrees for 15 minutes will heat food quickly. A slower temperature of 375 would take the same food about 20-22 minutes to cook to the same level of completion.

∙ 9y agoCooking temperature is the temperature of the oven, grill, stovetop etc while internal temperature of the meat is how hot the meat is at its center most part. Putting chicken in a four hundred degree oven for twenty minutes raises the temperature of the meat to 165°
