I am the girl who posted the question but would like to expand. I'm 15 years old and weigh 200 pounds, i know what you're thinking REVOLTING!!! It's so hard to go shopping or look at myself in the mirror because nothing fits. I REALLY NEED to lose 6 stone in 6 months as I have a prom in may and would like to get down to 112 pounds.
I want a diet plan that actually works in the time and I know you may be thinking this much weight is a bit drastic to lose but if I don't lose it i will be depressed like I am now. I have trouble controlling myself and if anyone has a specific diet and exercise plan to help me I would really appreciate it xx

I was in your shoes and i dropped from XL to s in 4 months!!! I know it might not be appealling but I only eat once a day which mght of been an apple or a bowl of cereal (small) or a small portion of pasta. You will learn to become less hungry. The i discovered that you can eat as much homemade soup as ya like and lose weight. Its easy to make. Just boil some veg as much as ya like and whatever you want. Then add a veg stock cube whilst boiling. When cooked just blend the whole thing up and eat :)
