Some studies have shown Reglan to be effective as early as 3-4 days after beginning of treatment. Others have shown that it is not any more effective than a placebo and counseling.

Also, I see that this question is in the Birth Control pill category. Reglan is an anti-emetic and has nothing to do with birth control, just FYI.
