The length of time any drugs stay in your system will vary. In large part, it depends on your physiological makeup: your physical height, weight, amount of body fat, age, current state of health, whether or not you exercise mildly, aggressively, or at all. And most of all how much you took.
Benzodiazepines: Librium, Rohypnol, Valium, Roofies, Tranks, Xanax most take 2-3 Days and some take 4-8 Days.
Chronic drug users, drugs (other than alcohol) can be retained in the system much longer after their last use. For instance, marijuana and PCP stay in your system and can be detected for up to 30+ days after lengthy periods of heavy use.

An interesting thing to know; you can't get and keep a good job (>$10 per hour) without a clean random drug test.

Zanies, or alprazolam (Xanax), has a half-life of around 11 hours. This means it can be detectable in the body for approximately 2-4 days after the last dose. However, individual factors such as metabolism, liver function, and hydration levels can affect how long it stays in your system.
