Not a lot of information out there- You might check a copy of Flayderman's Guide to Antique American Firearms. I did find some information on Bliss & Goodyear as a maker of spur trigger single action revolvers in New Haven Connecticut from 1866-1887. That area had several gun makers, and the company may have been acquired by another maker. The name Bliss is also associated with Bacon- as in the .25 rimfire Bacon & Bliss.
