I did this separated in age groups;
Adult: If you are an adult this will most-likely last you around a year, mabye a year and a half.
Teen: If you are a teenager and put everything you can in this you know, this will last you about 8 to 9 months, in my experience.
Child: I am not sure, but it depends on how well you treat it..Usually not too long.
Hope this helps. ~!~
It takes a jansport backpack 4 business days to be delivered to you
Yes it's very good and it lasts long
A very long time 6 years the most
I would save up and get a nice back pack that would last a long time but The average cost of a nice Dakine or Jansport backpack is around 30-60 dollars depending on the brand, durability and size.
If your Jansport Backpack has a leather bottom you do DO NOT want to place it in the wash, instead use a brush or rag to clean it by hand. Some sites would even suggest not using a washing machine at all, though many claim it will be fine as long as it does not have the leather bottom. Just make sure to wash it on a cold, gentle cycle and always air dry. Never place your backpacks in the dryer.
Yes, the word "backpack" has a short 'a' sound, as in 'bat'.
There are many durable backpack brands. Some popular ones are Quiksilver, which is great for back to school (not to mention there is a variety of selections and colors). More expensive bags can be Roxy or Billabong that last quite long.

To my calculations the largest backpack in the world is ABOUT 2 feet long and 1 1\2 feet wide. =) :)
Yes, you can take a backpack on a plane as carry-on luggage as long as it still fits the size and weight restrictions for carry-on baggage.
It can last for a super long time, you just need to change the wheels every 6 months and dont go in any dirt or sand if you want it to last longer.
Any outdoor store, such as REI, can help you find a backpack for hiking to suit your personal needs. Choosing a backpack that fits your torso is key to a comfortable hike. Trip length and capacity are also two things you will want to consider when finding the perfect backpack.
