Myself just getting my tongue pierced three weeks ago. It was hard for me to eat the first day but after that I could eat whatever I wanted, the time I took to eat it was different. Like the second day I had it done I ate a hamburger just the meat part of it, and that took me like twenty min to eat, just had to eat it in tiny bits. For me once the swelling went down which was about three or four days after I was able to eat anything.
Yes. but you cant drink, smoke. or eat anything that is hard.
You'll have a lisp whilst the tongue is healing, when the swollen has gone down you should be fine, however, some peoples lisps stay after getting their tongue pierced, my sister is. I'm going through this step at the moment i have a lisp and cant speak or anything
Of course you can!!!!!!! it makes kissing more enjoyable!well no you cant . you have to wait at least ( 2 weeks ) before kissing someone with a tongue ring . doing so before that time will msot likely increase the risk of infection due to the bacteria in the mouth . spreading the germs can infect your new tongue ring and can be very painful :( im getting my tongue pierced tommorrow ( 111309 ) and im fourteen years old .
Tongues that can be pointed out of the mouth by at least 1" ~ 1 1/2" past the bottom teeth. If you can't get your tongue out that far chances are good you cant get it pierced. Over developed frenial webs under the tongue are also not acceptable for piercing.
Well without seeing it I cant tell you if it's right or wrong. If it appears to be lop sided then try putting a shorter barbell into the piercing. That should make it appear straight.
no I've pierced it many times and talk on the phone with the person the next day and they are talking normal . its cuz your tongue doesn't 'swell up with that piercing
You definitely cant stretch your ears the same day you get them pierced. What you can do is get them pierced at a bigger gauge to skip the stretching process.
The only negative side effects that come to mind are tooth chipping from biting down on jewelry ( plastic ends will basically do away with this risk) and gum erosion behind your teeth. You can wear a smaller ball on the bottom to reduce the risk of gum erosion but sometimes it just cant be helped.
you can if your mom or dad or whatever are there with you. if they are not you cant ///:
YOU CANT xD mwahahhahahahahaha!
Okapi. They Cant With There Tongue But They Can With There Foot ! :)
A shoe.
