∙ 2009-06-18 03:28:48I got my nose pierced four and a half weeks ago and I"m ready to swim at lakes. Maybe it's not a bright idea but you should be fine if you bring your cleaning solution with you and clean it after. And it probably depends on what kind of jewelry you have. I have a diamond stud and a ring might be more likely to get infected. Just try to clean it as soon as possible afterwards. Hope that helps (: Oh, and my sister has her navel (belly button) done and she got it 5 and a half weeks ago, and she was told she can go swiming now (that was afew weeks ago) and navels are more likely to get infected because it would be submerged more

anywhere from a month to a month and a half
One hour, just like eating and swimming. Seriously go have fun but be sure to wash the piercing out after your swim.

Wait about 2 months before you get them wet. You can go swimming as long as you dont submerge your head/ears/piercings.

There is no length requirement for getting your tongue pierced. Anyone can get their tongue pierced with the exception of people that have their own personal and/or medical reasons.
When you get your tongue pierced it takes an out to swell and it does not hurt at all!

Put some numbing stuff on the spot and wait for however long it tells you before getting that spot pierced.
