It was made in 1975. (Today Crosman owns Sheridan.) See the link below and then scroll down to "Sheridan"
Around $100 in good condition.
It all depends on age, use, and condition of the rifle. Is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very good or Excellent condition. Sheridan made 4 different model C series. The C Silver Streak, C9 Silver Streak, CB9 Blue Streak, and C9BP. Which one are you asking about?
The Sheridan Blue Streak air rifle uses a 5mm pellet. This is about .20 caliber- larger than the .177 pellet, smaller than the .22 pellet. I have been able to get these at Bass Pro Shop. There are also at least 3 lots of them for sale on Ebay right now. Only the 5mm/ .20 caliber pellets will work in your rifle- do not try to substitute anything else. P.S. Have had one for years. These are extremely good air rifles- very accurate, very powerful.
OKAY. Lets start with your question. The Silver Streak, There were two different models of the Silver Streak pellet RIFLE. First there was the model Silver Streak "C" that was made from 1949 to 1990. Then there was the Silver Streak "C9" from 1995 to 1997. Both were made under the "Sheridan" Brand Name not Crosman. If you want an estimate of value then you will have to provide me with the model number "C" or "C9" and the current condition of the rifle. Give it some sort of rating like Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent Condition. Then I can give you an estimate of value. Without this basic information it is not possible to answer you.
The Crosman Recruit is a pellet rifle not a pellet gun. If you want to see how the rifle is assembled then see the link below for the diagram.
Only if the rifle is designed for pellets. If it is a "Red Ryder" then the answer is NO. Daisy makes PELLET rifles.
The Sheridan Silver streak air rifle was made from 1949 up to the 1990's after that it became the Blue Streak.
They started to make this rifle in 1949 and stopped in 1990 ( sheridan sliverstreak model ) During the 1990's the name changed to C9 sliverstreak and C9 bluestreak.
It's a 16 shot BB repeater or a SINGLE shot pellet rifle
