An adult has gone through many experiences in life. They have most likey completed high school, gone on with there careers, and make a living to support themselves. Teens on the other hand, their most important job right now is to get an education and stay in school, so that later in life they can become successful. Most teens would not be able to support a child, while attending school and trying to make a living. But also, most teens are still not mature enough to handle and take full responsibility of another life. Adults are more mature. A teen should be able to enjoy their life as a child, instead of having to take a care of another child. Having a child takes a lot of responsibilty, that mostly adults can handle.
