The degree of intoxication that a given amount of beverage will cause depends on the alcohol content, the rate at which it is drunk, the size and gender of the drinker, and whether or not they are naive drinkers or already developing an alcoholic tolerance.
Except in Utah, where it is limited to 3.2% alcohol content by volume, Steel Reserve is normally about 8.1%, ranging down to about 6.0. A nominal 3.25 ounces of alcohol per 40 oz. bottle by volume should get most folks well on the way to a "good" drunk.
Note: if it doesn't do it for you, you are in biiig trouble.
40 oz of beer will get you pretty drunk. 40 oz of wine will get you drunk as a skunk. 40 oz of whiskey will probably kill you.

20% of 211= 20% * 211= 0.2 * 211= 42.2
take them both and then chug a 40oz
1 + 211 = 212 or 211 + 1 = 212.
