I downloaded 2 movies for my iPod and when I press resume download and it says a file is corrupted and I can't resume the download. How do I fix it?

You should try to do a Restore through iTunes. This will usually fix the problem. If it doesn't fix the problem, then you should take it into the Apple Store at the Genius Bar to see what they can do.
