This one is going to be graphic by nature but I'll try and keep it scientific. Due to the topic in question I'm worried that it could be considered obscene, but the only way I know how to answer this is bluntly; the answer I'll provide will stick to statement of fact regarding physical action, and will for the purposes of the topic ignore considerations such as the legality of the acts in question (sex between men is still illegal in some locations.) I am not going to use the term intercourse because I'm lazy and "sex" has less letters to type. Men having sex with men is called homosexual sex. It can happen in a couple different basic ways. Understanding this will rely on your having some basic knowledge about anatomy - men have a penis and testicles - and will be greatly aided if you have some idea how men and women have sex. Essentially, all of the sexual activities that men can perfrom with two men can also be performed with a man and a woman; and all of the activities that can be performed between a man and a woman can be performed between two men with the exception of vaginal penetration. Homosexual sex may or may not involve foreplay, which is considered kissing, touching, and other non-intercourse activities designed to induce sexual arousal. Men have penises, which can be stimulated with the other man's hands until orgasm - commonly known as mutual mastrubation if both men perform the act on each other and a hand job if one man performs it on another man without participating himself. Men can perform oral sex, which in homosexual terms involvs stimulation of the penis by the mouth of the other man until orgasm - again, this can be performed by both men simultaneously in a position commonly known as "69" (due to the visual configuration of the two numbers in relation to each other's resemblance to the physical position of the two persons in realtion to each other), or it can be performed by one man at a time, commonly known as a blow job (a name which I don't understand, because I've never heard of any actual blowing going on.) Men can perform anal sex, which is where one man inserts his penis into the anus of the other man - this is considered pleasurable for both men, since men have a gland called the "prostate" which resides in the anus, which can induce orgasm when stimulated by the penis of the other man. Since there are hygene issues involved in this sort of contact, lubrication and condoms are considered good ettiquite for anal sex. Anal sex is not generally considered as pleasurable for most women as it is for men, since women do not have a prostate gland.
