How does Yin and yang relate to marriage?

The woman is yin and the man is yang, ideally, but sometimes this is reversed. In same-sex couples one takes the feminine yin role and one takes the masculine yang role. The polarity of these two in a marriage allow for sexual attraction and harmony. The yang protects and the yin nurtures, the yang leads and the yin follows, the yang is pure action and thought and the yin is pure energy and emotion. Everyone has a mix of these energies but men will generally have about 70-90% masculine and women will have 70-90% feminine. But there are always exceptions to this rule.
