There are a few ways to go about it.

1) If your camera came with a USB cord then you can plug the cord directly into the side of your camera and then plug the other side into one of the USB ports on your computer. Once you plug both ends in, turn on your camera and an automatic pop up window should give you a number of options for uploading your pictures.

2) You can buy a memory card reader from any local store that has a basic entertainment department, such as best buy, radio shack, target, etc. If you bring in the type of memory card you have to the store, I'm sure an employee will help you find a correct match. Once you have purchased one, then you insert your card into the proper slot on the card reader. Each slot on the card reader should be labeled, for example, SD. Once you have inserted the card into the reader & plugged the reader into the computer, a pop up window will give you a number of options of how to upload your pictures

Well what I would recommend you do is get off your butt go to a local library, check out a book that has all the information in it (I recommend you look in the computer section) and read it!
